Tour Whats Happening this Year?

  • The minis and juniors are running separate tours this year

  • The tour is booked. Location is Clacton (only about 1 hr 15 mins drive away).

  • We urgently need to get deposits in (£50 per person) as the club has secured our space by paying out a deposit.

  • Tour is the bank holiday weekend in May (8th – 10th May) – but, note for this year only, the government have changed the bank holiday, shifting it from the 1st Monday in May to the first Friday following the first Monday, to coincide with VE Day. So, accommodation is available Friday 8th, Saturday 9th, Sunday 10th May nights (as usual). Rugby is being played Saturday & Sunday as usual. But, I expect no-one will stay over on Sunday night because all the kids will need to be back in school on Monday.

  • We are speaking with the Tour company about getting the caravan park facilities opened up for (say) mid-morning Friday – so we can make use of the bank holiday we all have on the Friday.

  • Touring age groups are U7 – U13.
