Clubhouse Duty Rota

 This year we will be trialling a 2-phase volunteering rota in September. Every Sunday morning there will be two ‘duty teams’ who will be responsible for dealing with the non-coaching aspects of the Club. Early Duties Require volunteers to be at the Club by 9am to support with setting up the Clubhouse, getting the kitchen started (including “Lead Cook”, welcoming visiting clubs, car-parking duties, setting up the kit shop & crucially manning the kitchen & cooking bacon/eggs/burgers until approximately 11am.

A minimum of 5 people are needed to cover the concurrent duties (2 – 3 car park plus 2 – 3 kitchen/clubhouse) Late Duties Require volunteers to man the kitchen from 11am until close, then clean up the kitchen. Additionally, volunteers need to remain at the Club beyond coaching finishing at approximately 12pm to ensure everything is cleaned, tidied and put away (including the shop stock). This should only take about 30 – 45 minutes.
