Covid 19 Track and Trace

The club has set up a Track and Trace as required by the RFU and local authorities.

If you have a smart phone you can scan the QR code provided as an attachment on this e-mail.

There will also be posters at the club.

If you are not able to scan the QR code. Then please go to this website my.trck.to   and enter the code 9742

It only has to be done per family, per visit not per person.

See FAQ's for any questions about the System and how it works.

FAQs

Why do I have to give my contact details?

The objective of track and trace is to record a sufficient amount of detail on staff and customers to allow NHS and public health professionals to follow up with them about anyone they may have come into contact with.

What happens to my data?

When your data is submitted, it is stored securely and only accessible by authorised users who action requests for data from the NHS. After 21 days, your data will be automatically removed. If you’ve opted-in for marketing, your data will remain after 21 days on the locations’s database.

Do I have to do this every time I visit?

Depending on where you’re visiting, you can choose to be remembered for your next visit. If you select this option, you won’t need to fill in your details again – you’ll only need to hit the ‘check-in’ button

Does everybody I'm with need to check-in?

The current guidance is that only the ‘lead guest’ needs to provide contact details. Depending on where you are visiting, you may have the option of submitting details for the rest of your party, or simply indicating how many people are with you.

Will I be contacted by the NHS?

You may be contacted by the NHS if they deem it necessary.
