Herts Plate Finalists and U15s and U13s Tour Plate Winners

Well done to all of our teams who competed on the final day of the Rugby season. Our under 14s drew 7-7 in the Herts Plate Final with a fantastic performance particularly in the second half of the game. In a quirk of the rules, despite being on a neutral venue, their opponents as the ‘away’ team were offered the chance to share the trophy or take it back to theirs, and they elected to take it back to their ground. Our under 16s who were unbeaten all season in the league which they won, narrowly came second in the Herts Plate Final to their league rivals. Our Colts also finished second in a close game in their Herts Plate Final, having played their hearts out. Well done to all our finalists we are all proud of you! You played and conducted yourselves brilliantly.

Well done to all our tourists, the results from the day are slowly trickling in, but we are happy to say our Under 15s Welwyn & Verulamians side came back as Rugby Rocks Dorchester Plate Winners after having a brilliant tournament.

Our under 13s side came back as Rugby Rocks Dorset Plate Winners, as well as they played strong favourites Bracknell in the final to win 40 - 20, with an amazing performance!
