Mini and junior Tour Update
After an initial frenzy of activity to understand number of potential tourists we have for the end of season tour, you maybe wondering why it has all gone quiet….
The club will shortly be sending out a form to each age group to pencil in their exact requirements (glamping, pre- pitched tents, bring your own etc…) and numbers in each family - this is so that the tour company can hold our places for the club, without having received payment from the club and yourselves. No payment will be asked of you at this stage.
Whilst we are gathering this data and reserving our places, we are working with the tour company to ensure that there is protection of your funds once payment is made incase of cancellation etc, and are working to have a PTS scheme in place where all our members tour fees are paid into a trust account, and payment only transferred to the tour company on delivery of the event. This is vitally important to protect all our members funds once payment is sought.
