Quiz Night Success

The Vees held a quiz night yesterday evening to raise funds for the new floodlights! Jo the Pieman served lasagne and garlic bread just before proceedings got underway, starting with the picture rounds. Between rounds we had “guess the sweets in the jar” and finishing with the heads or tails game.
Well done to all for coming out and making it such a good evening, thanks to Jo the Pieman for the fantastic food, to all the organisers, and to the top 3 who returned their winnings to the club floodlights fund, to the additional donations made on the night, and to our quiz master, who so kindly gave up her time.

We anticipate we will have made in excess of £1000 to put into the floodlight fund.
